NATURAMULCH Barren Soils

NATURAMULCH BARREN SOILS is a specialized hydroseeding substrate for sowing grass and herb layers on poor, hard-to-grow soils with slopes up to 10°. The product combines fibres, fertilizers, and biochar in one pre-dosed bale for rapid, uniform, and sustainable vegetation establishment.

What is NATURAMULCH BARREN SOILS?

  • Matrix developed for greening poor, limiting soils (“barren soils”) with grass and herb mixtures.

  • Contains recycled cardboard fibres, pine wood fibres, organo-mineral fertiliser 7-2-9, and a small fraction of biochar, without added colourants.

Composition and Dosage

  • Fibre and fertiliser mix with a high organic matter content (about 80%) and a dry matter content of around 90%, providing structure, water retention, and nutrition.

  • Supplied in 15 kg bales, with a recommended dosage of 115 bales per hectare for optimal coverage.

Sustainability and Ecology

  • Low-carbon solution, produced in France from recycled and bio-based raw materials sourced from sustainably managed French forests.

  • Thanks to the addition of biochar, 115 bales per hectare can sequester nearly 300 kg of CO² for hundreds of years, using only ingredients approved for organic farming (ECOCERT-certified).

Execution Benefits

  • Pre-dosed composition reduces errors, controls consumption, and delivers predictable, reliable turf results.

  • Non-dusty, non-irritating components and manageable 15 kg bales improve working conditions and make application intuitive and efficient.
